I WILL NOT TAKE COMMISSIONS OF THIS ANYMORE! I'm sorry, but I'm not getting sued over a jacket. I'm sorry.Cubone Jacket.
Cubone skull can be worn like a hood, like a mask, or like a hat. There's a secondary hood for "in character hood wearing" as though the real Pokemon would put the hood of the jacket up. This is optional, of course.

Length comes just past my butt. Jacket is very comfortable; made from anti-pill fleece. That I know of, it's washable; the main jacket is but I don't know about the head, I'll test this later on.
Pockets that you can fit your whole hand into.

Since you can't sell it, is there chance you would make a tutorial? I wanted to make something similar, however not Cubone related. I wanted to know how you made the mask so it's attached the way it is.

Woah! Nice work. I was wondering... If you made something like this to wear for yourself but did not sell it, could you still be sued? Even if you were making no claims that the character was yours and making no money from it?

I don't believe you can. Much like fanart and fanfiction, so long as it is not for profit or exchange of goods/money of any kind, you should be in the clear.

Thought so ^_^ It's just appreciation if you aren't making a profit from it. If you were then it's like you're stealing the profit they could've made by using their characters... Even if it was not intended in that way. Also, the hoodie is fantastic. I was thinking of trying to make something similar, but I'll never get round to it. I have no sewing skills ^_^'

At this moment, no. Nintendo had a HUGE crackdown on Pokemon related items over $10 because of Calgary Cosplay. So they've been watching and reporting people that are using copyrighted characters, theirs or otherwise, as of late.
Calgary had a pokemon jacket/hat that they labeled as that specific pokemon. Nintendo sent a polite letter asking them to stop ("cease and desist" letter.) They refused. So Nintendo sued them. That's why most, if not all (I refuse to follow them anymore) of their things are "Whale hat" rather than "Wailord hat." It's to avoid copyright.
And because they ruined it for the rest of us, my continuing to create and sell Cubone or Halo items is risky. A risk I can't afford to take. Sorry.

Sadly, I no longer sell copyrighted character jackets. If you want a jacket of one of your own characters though I can do it!

I'd rather not. The reason I'm not selling them or making them anymore is because I'm afraid of getting hit with copyright. If you were sued, and pointed towards me as telling you how to make it, I'd be hit with it too. It's not too hard though. If you can make fursuit heads, it's pretty simple to figure out.

Unfortunately no. I did them as commissions, but with a thought to if I was breaking copyright, I have discontinued pokemon themed jackets.
I am working on a line of other jackets though, which include fox/wolf, cat, bird, and dragon/dino. I also take commissions of characters, so long as they do not break copyright.

That's what I would think too. But Nintendo has been cracking down HARD on the Pokemon things. For some reason, Cosplay they don't mind. So if I make this for myself they have no problem with it. It's when I sell it that they start causing a fuss. It's the only company I've heard of doing this, which makes me very sad as I LOVED working on Cubone!

The head is washable. It is made out of regular hoodie material; it's all made out of fleece. It's fleece over a foam base, it's the only way to get the shape.
