My 2nd attempt at making a Bento Cute Lunch (well dinner), thought I'd share it with you all.
enjoy.. I know I did. Bento Box from ebay, bought for $28
Top tier: Bunny Apples, and Sliced Kiwi_>In aluminium Cupcake holder sliced Carrots (into stars), and sliced cucumber.
Bottom tier: Panda rice Ball(Jasmine Rice) (under the rice ball there is alittle veggie stir-fry of Onion, carrots and mushrooms w/ cranberry sauce), Grilled Chicken(seasoned with salt, Pepper, and Chill Powder), and grilled egg (non-sweet, seasoned with salt and Pepper).
It was really yummy!

That chicken looks fabulous. How do you cook yours? I have a George Forman grill I love, but yours doesn't have marks on it. And what seasonings? I typically stick with white meat so I'm always looking for new recipes.
And your grilled egg: is it flavored at all or what? lol Again, always on lookout for recipes.

I Seasoned my chicken with some salt, Pepper, Chill Powder, and Chives; just something really light to flavor the chicken... if I had some soy sauce I would had also used a little of that. The reason it dosent have marks is because I did it in the same pan I cooked my stir dry, and egg roll in, just lighly cleaned off with paper towel. (less dishes) Although I do have a George Forman Grill as well, I mainly only use it for fish or saucges. My eggs are only seasoned with salt and pepper, I didnt want to put cheese on them, because I'm not a fan of rice and cheese.
I was'nt a huge fan of my chicken this time, because I made it a little to plain for my taste > need more Chill Powder >

how do you keep it cold i got a bento for xmas and want to use it for lunches but my issues is well it needs to be kept cold

You can get icepacks, The Safeways I work at carries Hello Kitty ones, and dollar-store sometimes carry really cute ones as well. I havent had a chance to try this out though, because I'm off of school until mid January, and just got my Bento about a week ago. But in the issues of meat keeping cool, I know it may be able to increase the life span of the food once in your bento by an extra a couple of hours, but in the issue of keeping something like icecream cold... I dont think it'll really do the trick. Good Luck though ^.^

yeah i got one for xmas and needed a way to keep it cool at school (lol rhyme) and we probably wont be putting ice cream in it it any time soon but we froze ours today but his was frozen solid at lunch
