Frankendolling is when people takes parts frim different bases and put it together to make a new one. Like putting an arm from one base onto another one and then switching the eyes with another, Think if the term "Frankenstein". A big patched up mess.
It is ok to place two bases together to make a group, however. As long as the base is what it was originally with no other parts from a separate base attached.
