Apparently this is kind of an issue here on DA, so here's a short tutorial on how to convert DA Points into real money. <3
*hint: DA takes 20% of your money, so make sure you calculate that in the price of what you are selling or consider having them pay you through paypal instead.
If you use this feature you should make sure use the 100p = 1$ system when selling your stuff (adoptables, commissions, etc.) because otherwise you lose quite some money (however, you do so by using points as a currency in the first place).

You will have the money/it will be in your bank within 14 days and then you van use it. Basically your money is pending.

It says that, but after the 14 days, it will be transferable. You can change it into points or withdraw it with Paypal.

No. Donated points just like a gift or purchase cannot be directly converted back to cash.

My PayPal is linked to my bank account, but Iβm not sure if itβs a business account. Will it still let me withdraw?

I've been doing this method but when I check my transactions there are no points/dollars showing up.

After you withdraw your points,Β how does the transaction appear in your Paypal activity? Β Does it state your deviantart username?
(asking this cuz my parentsΒ have access to my paypal account and I don't want them to find my deviantart page lol)

I have a question
If converting existing points into money would get me banned.
What about if I need to get money back from the points I bought to spend so I can use the money in real life (due to like how little money we get every so week)
Would it still get someone banned if they tried coverting points back into money so they can actually use it?

I can't tell you for sure what WILL or WON'T get you banned for sure. I am certain some people get away with sending themselves points and then converting those every day. However, DA has a rule against that (and they probably don't care much about the reason WHY people do it). It's your choice. I wouldn't recommend it.
