So a few friends and I are gonna cosplay as the Noah family next year for a con, and I was wondering, how do you get your skin to look like that? Is it natural, or do you have some kind of make-up?

Haha, I'm afraid that's photoshop 
I've used the Ben Nye make-up to try and get the color but it comes off on everything and doesn't look very natural. The best I've seen done at a con was a girl who used a special body paint.

Or you could try airbrushing, It seems like it would be a reliable option if you were able to get a well priced system and the right paint ^^ I've been trying to look into it for a while myself.

We both bought leather pants from Hot Topic and each went about altering them differently.
Jasdero's cosplayer cut the pants, got a ribbon that had eyelets in it already, and sewed that to the unfinished edges to make the lace-ups.
I cut the pants, hemmed the edges, and put in the eyelets by hand using a belt hole punching tool and the eyelet kit..... it was one of the most tedious things I have ever done >_>;;; And it really hurts your fingers after a while. I think a teflon or plastic foot would've helped me out a lot as well. But alternatively I was able to get the lace-ups to be smaller

I'm planning to go to anime next and Otakon for the summer. And i think that may be all the cons i will be going to for the rest of 2009.
And hopefully by then i'll have the makeup for him down. Though no contacts lenses... scalara(sp?...the contact lenses which cover the whole eye) contacts are too expensive for me to afford.

That would be cool, I just have to see 1. what cons my Jasdero plans on attending and 2. If she's going to wear the cosplay again. I know she's got some big projects ahead of her (one of the cosplays she's starting is Renji with his Bankai ;; ) so I don't know what her plans are with this costume. Though, she worked so hard on the little glow-y globe thing (it took her forever to find that clear ball) I would hope that she'd bring it back for other cons ;;;
Just let me know when a con you're planning to attend is approaching and we'll see what we can set up
