I watched this movie on Netflix once because I had read that it had been called (in it's time) a truly brilliant horror film....I ended up laughing my head off. The so-called "werewolf" was a hynea that had been painted (it wasn't even an attacking or snarling hynea! It just sat there while everyone else ran around in a panic). Plus my mom pointed out during one scene that if real doctors thought a plague had come they wouldn't be handling the dead with their bare hands like the doctors in the film did.

Haha, yeah but you gotta look at it through the lens of the time it was made. A lot of old movies are cheesy to us these days, heck a lot of movies from the 80s and 90s are even ridiculous to watch now
