This has some serious issues. The Start Orb is not in the middle with small icons in taskbar. And in System Configurations and other windows there is still a white area. Coudn´t find where to replace this, even with Customizer God. It´s possible that these background pictures are in exporer frame ... but this is an x86 only. See pictures plz. It would be logical to finish that theme and not making half work.

It's a cool theme but every dark theme messed up Office. Can you make one that don't darker the Office?

Блин, тема очень, и очень крутая, пожалуй лучшая из тех что я видел! А можно ли хоть каким-то образом сделать так, чтобы в свойствах файла/папки шрифт был не черным?

Тема достойная,  но цвет шрифта на темном фоне смотрится слишком контрастно,  а на светлом фоне выглядит блеклым.

i wonder if you can port whistler theme to windows 7 basic (not aero, just basic).

Whistler were original theme for windows xp prototype, which basically combined simplicity of future 8 and some blocky business of windows 2000:
