You are so welcome. Dad retired after 30 years in the AF as a Msgt. I know those stipes very well.

Dad got out after viet nam. He was in ww11, korean, and viet nam. They were wanting to send him back to viet nam if he reinlisted, and that was when he decided to get out. It took us over a year to get him over the first time. He is on his way to being 89 years old.

My Dad was in WW11 (Army Air Corp) and would have gone to Korea as well, if he hadn't had to get out to take care of his blind Mother when his Dad died. Then my Brother went into the Air Force between conflicts (only spent 4 years), and I decided to keep it in the family. My first overseas assignment was Vietnam (Phu Cat), then Cam Ranh Bay. I also spent time in Korea (five years total - but not during war).

I was too small to remember Japan, but I had a blast in okinawa. Other than living in those two places, it was all over the place in the states. I posted some pictures of dad when he was in Iwo Jima, under william nathan tackitt. You can google it.
