The Shepard in my story is a Colonist, Sole Survivor, Vanguard named Cole Shepard. This is a post-destroy ending but I took a few liberties. I'm a hopeless Romantic so I apologize if my variation annoy you. The liberties/alterations are as follows:

1.Mordin, survived the Shroud tower explosion. Don't worry the Genophage is still cured. Mordin just did a quick type of codes and ran back to the door and sang his Scientist Salarian song on the way down. It's probably just my imagination but I really feel if he made a quick in and out dash he could have made it out in time. But in this realm he did.

2. Thane also survives. After severely kicking Kai Leng's pompous ass, with his unnecessarily giant sword, (Seriously over compensating much?) he continues his therapy. Kai Leng still escapes but he doesn't take Thane's life, he just does what he does best: Run Away. Councilor Valern, being grateful to Thane for saving his life, pours funding and resources into the cure for Kepral syndrome. The Hanar not being a combat oriented species combine forces with Valern's funded scientists together they develop a cure for Kepral syndrome. Thane is cured along with the rest of the Drell with his affliction.

3. Legion also survives. The Geth are still upgraded through his personal dissemination. However with the combined intellectual might of the Quarians and Geth, Legion's programs, software, and higher processes are reassembled and the Geth is reborn with all his memories in tact. He is now the here-to-for leader or voice of the Geth.

4. Anderson survives. He just does ok? I don't even get why he was there, I mean if it had been an indoctrination theory then I might buy it. But that was a total “lets just kill him” event. Plus Shepard gets a similar wound from Marauder Shields and manages to haul his ass up to the Catalyst. He lives, ok? He survives till medical attention arrives and lives to marry Kahlee Sanders.

5. All A.I.s are saved except the Reapers. The Geth load all their software programs into the Quarians' suits which mask their synthetic nature and then reload themselves into their hardware platforms. EDI had Back Up systems in place left over from when Cerberus tried to retake control of her.
