No, it wouldn't. Korean anime is a lot smoother and not a block-y as Japanese anime (with the exception of Studio Ghibli), not to mention every Japanese character is usually pondering something inside their mind while the world explodes around them. Plus, the Koreans do slow motion where the Japanese don't. For instance, the fight between Kyuubi-cloaked Naruto and cursed-beast Sasuke would've been better if it had had some.
