Oy, serch this up, Look up Hindu gods and you'll see some beast or animal like heads with human bodys Like Ganesh or Guruda. They are celestial beigns like they have magical powers and such, kinda like Digimon eh eh???

Yup yup, a lot of things from Digimon and Pokemon alike get their backgrounds from different religious things, which is pretty cool, but some people get really mad about it, lol.
