If you see someone singin' and dancin' in the street, might wanna watch your trunk. This guy's likely rolling around.Scrounge here had a head design by the invisible Derrick J. Wyatt. Figured it'd be fun to throw him into "Moving Violations " as a cameo... and since it was just a bust, he only appeared as such in the comic. But since I felt that wasn't enough, we stopped, collaborated and listened, and I came up with a body for the guy.
Of COURSE he becomes a wheel.

Ah, I remember this guy from the old Marvel Comics. Great redesign - does he still have his special arm, of which there is none like it?

Yeah... I just can't help but think of that quote whenever I come across this character.
And this is just one more reason I love Animated; it truly knows the history behind the franchise and manages to include the most obscure references and characters.

I just remembered something, in the AA2, it says that TFA Scrounge was smelted by Straxus (page 98 on that Great War game)
