In that case she's from the Dreamwave comic, where she's portrayed as Mega Man's crush.

She's such a fan of Mettals that she wears them in her hair.

I've finally got a trade paperback for this comic. Isn't bad but I still prefer Archie's take.

Well, yes. The Archie comic, while it still has a few teething flaws here and there, is a better Mega Man comic than I could have ever realistically hoped for.
But I like a good alt-take now and then, and the first three issues of the DW book were definitely a fun alt-take on the whole Mega Man concept.

And by teething flaws, we mean that they made Plant Man speak Spanish and killed off the entire 2nd rogues gallery and Gemini Man.

...why, EXACTLY, is a character speaking Spanish a "flaw"?

He's from Brazil. In Brazil, they speak Portuguese.

Yeah, I kind of wish this comic got to continue. I feel like it had potential. It probably wouldn't still be around today considering what was going on behind the scenes of Dreamwave.
