Official bio artwork for the Classics Mini-Con Grindor, appearing in the Transformers Collectors' Club Official Magazine.I'm not convinced that "big dumb-looking lug who really isn't dumb" is less of a stereotype than "big dumb-looking lug who is as dumb as he looks"... but that's Grindor. Leader/coordinator of the Dirt Digger Team, he plays the part of pea-brained muscle in order to hide his intelligence from his enemies.
He was fun to draw. He's such a monster. and he HAD to have red headlamps, what with the Grave Digger homage he is.

I like the colouring on this.
It would make sense that he pretends to be stupid, 'cause that would be that he's got the advantage if someone try's to trick him!
