I've recently picked up Dead Space 2 again because my F:NV disk is starting to crack and I don't want to make it worse (and I wanted to play some vidya). :/ So I figured I should draw some fanart for it! :> (I have a huge lady boner for Isaac Clarke, by the way. OH DAMN.)
Dead Space isn't exactly focused around 50's-esque things, but I thought it would nice to draw it that way. 50's propaganda is fun to draw anyway.
That vintage suit was a pain in the ass to draw lineless though. Thank God for reference pictures.

Hell, engineers are more effective than the SOLDIERS! Aren't they supposed to be trained for combat?! Yet, the two 'soldiers' die on a leaper in the first scene in Dead Space?!

So in the future the meaning of engineer has changed to "Unlikely and somber hero on a quest to save his/her girl/boyfriend from space demonzombie things to want to kill said person in bizarre and generally excruciatingly painful ways because some dumb ass archeologists couldnt keep their hands off of the giant twirly spike things that if you had a sliver of common sense says DONT TOUCH".
