Description
This is a character of mine that i've been working on. The story of his isn't a definite though but it's coming out pretty well.
i'm not sure of a name though but i know i want it to be a made up name. Anyway, He's a guardian angel training to become a higher rank and his job is to go and help different people with problems and help them get accepted into heaven. More characters to come. 
i'll let u all know when i've got more on this story

Nice, love the heavy usage of the ice blue tones. the BG/sparkles and birds could do a bit more work tho.
