Another base yay~I totally failed at the legs but can you blame me? I didnt know how the legs look under the dress, which I added. Any way the reason why this base has hair is because well look! It's medusa! The dress is the lovely uniform of the Ouran High School! It's sorta ironic or wierd that I just now finished the whole anime!

With a base there is no need to ask. It even states on the rules. Also since this is a base account it furthers the right to use this. You don't need to ask, just read the rules because the rules will generally say wither or not you can use. It does get quite tiresome telling this to people after all.
