This character is for adoption
lol originality fail. I suck at designing.
Her name is Phosphorus but you can change it I suppose...
However she is a female so don't change that.
You can add as many accessories as you like but don't change the design please!!
Some design info: on her back legs, the white is supposed to be sort of bubbling up, there isn't much room to show it though XD
The white on her face is the only design there, it continues down her neck, on her chest, and you can see it behind her back legs.
The designs on her back legs are question/exclamation marks, but the dots continue on and get smaller.

If you want to 'adopt' her just draw a picture of her and submit it to DA please ^^ without using bases or linearts.
Also pleasepleasepleassse draw her! I want her to be drawn, because I know I won't draw her so... yup.
