...to deal with Mugiwaras today. All they do is complain whenever he comes up with a neat idea. Well, this is what he should have said in episode 589.Drawn in Adobe Photoshop CS4 with tablet.

hmmm didn't watch it, so this joke flies over my head. Are they really like that in anime?
I think that in the manga, he's usually listened to when he gets a good plan ... Thriller Bark comes to mind. As soon as they finished getting info from Brook, Usopp hands out bags of salt for everyone. Zoro makes a comment along the lines of 'as expected' ...referring to Usopp's ability to adapt and take advantage of an enemy's weakness.
The only time (I think) they ignore Usopp in the manga is when he is being timid...but his 'plans' then are just for the lols a "let's run away!" type of things
But failing to see the episode, doesn't mean I can enjoy the picture! I like the artwork and Usopp's pose is great. I love his expression.
