“What you're feeling right now is relief. The relief of letting go. We've all felt it, it might have been a favorite show ending, the end of a good book, saying Goodbye as a friend walks away and you're unsure if you'll see them ago. You know you have the relief when it happens, it’s a bittersweet feeling and it can't be matched by anything else. However you have this fear that comes along with it. That you'll forget something, but don't worry about that. You just have to have the Strength to pick yourself off of the ground, and the strength to continue on. Now I'm not going to say the strength to continue on the same because you won’t be the same. The thing that never changes about letting go is that you're going to change. Letting go of something means you held onto it long enough of it to change you, whether it’s a good change or a bad change that’s your choice. So let’s continue on.”
