I'm not really sure it's from 4x19. Jake Abel has different hair style. This is seems like him at season 5, but I still can't find the reference of this scene in 5x18. I'm curious.

maybe the hair is different because it's promos? I don't know.. but I isn't the reason Dean is looking mad in the background because Adam just got there "wanting to be a hunter"? and Sam took his side? Maybe I'm wrong? xD
