I bet you're all like, "Jeez Silver, another Scout?" well I doooo love Scooty, but hey people ask for him! *shrug*Didn't plan on working on the commission 'til later, but I knew it wasn't going to take long so why not?
You have no idea how much fun I had with the blood, even if it's not a whole lot. >v<

I just put a few layers(set to luminosity) of white blur and blue blur on the eye then I used the cartoon and noise filter at the end. :3
