These POKEMON are found all along sea shores, buried in the sand until nighttime when they head to the water to search for food. They have very hard and smooth shells, but there bodies inside are very fragile. There soft insides are a delicacy when cooked, but due to over-hunting ROCCRAB have become quite rare.

~Ivory~

The claws of a ROCCRAB are not very stong yet; the hardest thing they can break with them are woodchips. Because of this they use these pincers more for carrying things then attacking with them. However when forced to battle ROCCRAB secrete a light poison on their claws so that their Scratch attacks will sting painfully.
