Mystery Science Theater 3000 lasted for ten seasons, ripping on all sorts of bad movies. Movies that were flawed in their conception, movies that were flawed in their execution, movies that would forever tarnish the names of the actors and directors that worked on them...

...But of the hundreds of movies that appeared on the show, only one had the audacity to tarnish the reputation of an actual historical figure. That movie was Quest of the Delta Knights, and that historical figure was Leonardo--from the small town of Vinci. In that mess of a movie, the most brilliant artist of all time was reduced to a whiny moron who stole all his ideas from Archamedes. Oh, and he hit on captive women. Kinda of jerk....

Anyways, in honor of that crappy movie, here are the heroes of Quest of the Delta Knights! On the right--our 'hero' Travis. Or Tee, as he likes to be called. Next to him, David Warner, playing the beggar man. Behind them, a young Leonardo de Vinci. ("Then this summer I'm planning on being Leonardo de Cancun for a couple weeks.") And finally, Thena, the tavern wench!

First person to chime in with a joke about what's in the pan gets to choose which MST3K episode I draw next! [well what do you know got it in one! Looks like I'll be watching Pod People a couple more times.] There are one or two other riffs that will also earn you a request... Because this episode was just that awesome....
