As for DeviantArt and their TOS, I'm retired JAG corp, I know bad rules and I know bad law...DA's TOS, is pure trash. Quote me if you like.
How they enforce it, even worse. Moderators who have no standard from one person to the next? Not a good way to run a business.

I have a serious questions....what is the damn purpose of the mature content buttons if DA is going to keep accepting these complaint and not retaliate on the complainers?

Seriously? If the complaint is false the whistle blower should be exposed or be banned for up to a week. For each false claim.

This will force the whistle blowing back down to a courtesy message/note and letting people know things are wrong and/or in violation.

I'm not going to tag anybody because I can't think of anybody who hasn't been tagged already.

FYI: I too once went through this eight years ago. DA back then went one up. They deleted my account, no warning, no notice, no message but one. I violated the TOS.
They didn't even say what part or give me the change to address what, just the damn email stating my account had been deleted.
I didn't violate the TOS, my email was linked to an account of some who did violate the TOS.

DA was and still is to quick and too heavy handed in acting.

Three months later I was back....bitter.
And I still stand by what I say...see a violation...note them, tell them,

Stop hiding behind the screen and a fake name.

DA gains nothing from us turning on each other and no one get's paid for reporting. So give up there is no intensive.
