Mini-tutorial:1.Image ready
2.Eye colors adjusted, the white of the eye painted in cyan
3.Eye Shadow colors applied: muted gold shimmer, shimmering orange, matte white
3.Filters for shimmer/glitter
4.Bubbles added in the eye for the water effect, then the second bubbles positioned to enchase the makeup.
5.Fish added, shadows, highlights and contrast adjusted
6.Flattened image, noise added. Converted to JPEG (50%).
