This is PNG icons. You need DockApplication for Windows (Object Dock, Y'z Dock or Rocket Dock)
If you wish to change icons simply in Windows, you must download my ICO-version [link] of this iconpack and use them in system.

If you're on Windows, you'll have to use a dock program. I'm currently pretty happy with RocketDock [[link] You can then use the icons for your shortcuts on the dock.
