This is really fits her, ahah, and I love how cute and dynamic this looks! Especially how she looks back at the camera, and flow of her hair and clothes <333
The bg is also great! You have such patience to draw building, wow! And I love the lil details to make us see it's the Pokemon world, like the pokeball insignia or the cute floating Hoppips! Everything is just so pretty~
