some vectors I made as patterns for Photoshop CS3 and abovei try to upload real .pat file, but i receive some error
so i find a solution - after downloading just rename file -write .pat instead psd...it works
sorry for the inconvinious
like this:
rename:
33_Ornament_Patterns_by_mu3i.psd
to
33_Ornament_Patterns_by_mu3i.pat

hi... these patterns are pretty awsome, but tat renaming thing doesn't work for me... I'm using photoshop cs6

you can only download the pat-files when you zip them - deviantArt changed some of the allowed file formats - they used to allow more but now you just have to zip or rar them ^^

Very pretty, but doesn't actually work as a pattern should. You can't actually tile these pieces

It works, you just have to rename the file before actually saving it. Voila!

Worked for me after I switched to IE and saved it as .pat with "All Files" selected as the file type. Thanks!
