Hello! I am here rom
I am here to go over the good , what needs work, and how to add upon it.

The good:
This is a cute character. It looks like you went for a painted look which works well.You certainly utilized the use of whites and light blues, those colors translate winter well. His hair color works well with the pallet as well.The character has a cute design and the ears of the hoodie kinda remind me of a snow hare. I like the specs of white you added for the freckles and the jacket itself.The poofy fur on parts of his outfit. It looks cozy. I also like the little stars you added to the eyes for pupils. I like his name , it goes pretty well with his winter theme.Aspen trees are very beautiful and tend to grow on the more northern region of the united states  and Canada, which is where winters and cooler climates are more prevalent. They are especially beautiful in fall. Cute design over all.

what needs work:
I am not sure if this is a rough concept or actual reference but the coloring and line work could be a bit cleaner. There are areas where the detailing or coloring goes far away from the lineart and it distracts a little.I feel like the light source is above him but some areas of the shading , (Like the shading on top of the boots would work better if it were at the bottom.). Just something to add to him, I wish you made him a little messenger back since he works as one. It would have tied his look together very well too. Lastly, unless that is just a whole , shirt-like hoodie, I would have liked to have seen some more detailing in the jacket/coat. Like some ties to hold it together or some buttons, or even  a zipper with a cute charm on the end. Maybe some furred pockets as well.
    Lastly while you have a painted look for the work, the shading resembles more of cell shading than soft shading. Soft shading would have worked nicely with the painted look and requires a bit of blending but would certainly suite.But that is up to you.

Overall:
He is a real cutie! I like the direction you are going in in terms of his over all design. He has a cool pallet which compliments his design and really does make it look like he comes from a cold area. I think it is very helpful that you listed the colors you used to his side for reference so he isn't a hassle to color next time you do. So i can chalk this up as a reference page right? Nicely done.
