Well, here it is. I used a couple of sources to get the information I needed to put this cover together. Everything you see here is made completely from scratch except the logo, which was extracted from the official wallpaper.In case your thinking the back is a bit... empty, that is how it is on the back of the signature edition. I didn't just make something up. Everything you see here is 100% based on the real thing. Even the signature is cut out from a high resolution scan of the box and then recreated for higher quality.
This is probably as close as you are ever going to get to a signature edition DVD cover.
Be sure to download the cover, not just print the preview. The actual cover is 3260x2161
