Looks pretty nice! The animation is very smooth, and the shadin' is pretty decent.
'Though, his chest seems to stick out, and it almost makes him look like he has boobs, which is kinda odd on a manly Pokemon.

.. You should really, really make a ROM hack of your world. Like .. what was it called..? Pokemon Onyx or something.. I can't remember.
But I know it would be interesting to play. In fact, I'd look forward to it more than the new pokemon generations. They've been a bit lacking.
