Plan of action: Flicker will use ashen fat mixed with ash to stick to the poison dust (and ash to make getting a hold of the fat easier)
The 'tub' he is using is made using his shape stone power and being done over a sandy area to bury any poison traces afterwards.

All of this done using his Pabloo bandanna as a wash rag (Durability: 1)
