Flora is certainly stuck deep in the mire and slowly settling deeper and deeper into the dark depths below. Her face is quite cute and adorable, and you did a wonderful job on her facial expression as she looks around for anyone to help her. Having her hair start to spread out across the quicksand is a nice touch.
Great job giving the quicksand a thick, gooey look, and the curved lines around her face give a sensation of her slowly sinking further into her muddy trap as the mud yields to her weight and struggles.
