I drew this for an anime contest in a town near where I live. The problem: I had to go to Minnesota when the contest was judged, so I arranged for a friend to deliver it to the contest. My delivery-friend backed out, so I sent it to my other friend who was to enter it into the contest for me. ... Turns out she was grounded, so I couldn't enter. ;~;

Anyway, this is the finished drawing. I worked on it for over a week.

I didn't use any brushes except for the default photoshop elements brushes. I didn't use any textures or filters other than the default ones. The only thing I didn't make myself that I used was the picture for the orb, which was used because I didn't download a corresponding tutorial along with a certain effect tutorial.
