Very good piece!
OK, here's what you might want to change in my opinion:
Water:
Maybe a little more, or a little less roughness. This doesn't look good, it doesn't work in this piece, so make the water like a mirror, or make it storm.
Texturing:
The foreground. It looks totally different from the background, and you might wanted that, but it would look nicer if it looked more like the mountains the sun is shining on.

That should help you along, maybe not with this one but maybe in a next piece.
