A'ight, look.
In Transformers Prime, it's made pretty clear that Cybertronians are more biology than technology.
In Transformers Animated, Characters are seen equipping and removing various parts of their armor, revealing more natural-looking bodies underneath.
In the G1 cartoons and comics, Cybertronians' faces and hands don't have mechanical joints, but instead stretch and flex like skin would.
And in the IDW comics, Windblade has fucking hair.
So it's really not much of a stretch to think that some of them might have bare feet under their armored... boots? Shoes? Greaves? Whatever you get the point.
So as far as I care, Arcee's totally got soft, squishy, lewd body parts underneath all that pink armor.

Also vertical perspective is a fucking nightmare to draw so if it looks like shit I'm sorry
