Haha Swan princess, yes. Not very well known 'cause it's very dumb. But I loooove it. I think they made 2 sequels? The second was bad but enjoyable, and the third was awful. but the first? Well worth watching even for its silliness. Even if only for Jean Bob! He was a ridiculous french frog who was always trying to get a princess to kiss him 'cause he was convinced he'd become a handsome prince. ^^ He was also a total coward!
Also, the songs are hella catchy.
The Princess and the Frog, from what I've heard, borrows its splashy-water-transformation effects heavily from Swan princess, too.
