Here is a re-design which I did for my company. We went through quite a lot of rounds of meeting fine-tuning the information and their presentation before we arrive at this.So am quite please with how it turned out.

The logo is just great, I don't really feel the rest.. the composition is a bit weird..
Talking about usability..there should be something like: "we are..", " we do.."
