Bra has blue hair like her mother, but she's taken to dying it like the other students at Orange High. being the sister of the president of Capsule Corp definately made her the focus of the school, but her naturally excellent academic abilities set her apart from her peers. she chose to attend high school to make friends with "normal people"- non saiyan, non-namekian, non-deity, non extra universal creatures
but it isn't working out.

ssj:
she's had access to this form since she was a toddler. an alien parasite attacked capsule corp's main campus and a toddling Bra saved the day by throwing a tantrum, atleast thats how her mother likes to tell the story.

ssj2:
attained in her early teens while training with Mita .

ssj3:
at first, she could only hold this form for a few minutes, but with help from her brother and his best friend fusing to become Gotenks , she was able to hold it for longer. her personality shifts somewhat in this form, more so than others.

ssj4:
after mastering SSJ3 she could feel that there was still more untapped potential within her. she wasn't sure what it was, but it felt wild, she could sometimes let it wash over her mentally while maintaining SSJ3 but couldn't quite grasp it. it became an obsession of Bra's.
then she remembered her father and the one he always called a clown talking about how they used to have tails and something about another transformation they could only use if they had them... she never had a tail in spite of her saiyan DNA but she knew that was the key to whatever it was keeping her from unlocking her potential, so she went to the look out to talk with the djinn and namekians who watched over earth from there to ask for the dragonballs.- she wanted to wish for a saiyan tail and to finally attain whatever next level she was sensing. but to no avail. Dende had decommissioned the ones he created. Earth was in relative peace and had been for some time. he felt that having them active would only invite disaster.

feeling dejected, Bra turned to leave, but one of the namekians, the taller, stronger looking one. the one that fought alongside her father offered to train with her in the room of spirit and time. he mentioned that she did well to master her physical abilities thus far, but she was lacking in mastering her own mind. he would teach her meditation and mental combat and they would keep at it until she could master the arts of solitude like she mastered the martial arts. perhaps that would allow her to break her limits further... he didn't seem to really believe his own words as he'd witnessed the likes of her father and the other full saiyan repeatedly break their own limits in the face of every adversity, but even for them, there was an apex... but she had done well on her own in times of peace, without the benefit of constant threat, to come as far as she had. could she surpass the saiyans?

this one, much like with Romina in a distant future, Bra had to get some outside help to receive this form and SSJ4.
the namekian's meditation and mental combat training wasn't enough to unlock SSJ4 but it did open up her mind to things outside of her sphere of influence which intrigued a certain ancient entity. this entity melded itself to Bra's psyche in such a way that she and everyone else was unaware of it's presence. it watched through her eyes, felt through her feelings, thought with her thoughts. experiencing mortality for quite possibly the first time in millennia. it wasn't until some time had passed like this that the entity sensed that wild energy kept just out of Bra's reach, the entity however could reach for it- and so it did! a change in Bra's form manifested rapidly as a result of the entity's medaling. she grew a head taller, broader, her senses became far more acute than ever before. she felt like she wanted to go wild. base instincts battling with her higher intellect for dominance. this is when the entity let itself be known to Bra and manifested itself outwardly by morphing her body into something resembling both her human shape and that of the Oozaru that her father talked about. but her hair, eyes, teeth and nails were like that of the entity within.
Bra understood everything the entity knew now. she was aware of it and knew what it was. she wasn't happy about it being in her but was grateful for its aid in attaining her true potential and the knowledge it possessed, which she used to protect the planets of her non-earthling friends and to stop oncoming threats headed toward earth. Mita and Chondra would always go with her on these journeys into space, accompanied by others among the z fighters new and old on occasion. the Kais, Whis and Beerus were inclined to remain absent from these mortal affairs for the time being. they noticed the entity early on but it had always been a neutral power left over from the creation of the universe so they felt no need to interfere. simply watching for now would suffice.

this Bra/Bulla exists in the same timeline that Broly Jr will eventually be born into. a timeline that sees the merger of universes 6 and 7. also sees the visitation of certain individuals from far stranger universes not created by Zeno where events in some of them occur dramatically different from how they did in any of the known twelve. one where superpowered mutations effected average humans on earth and other life forms on other worlds, one where magic and science simultaneously collide and coalesce. man and machine merge and make war.
out of one of those universes came someone who looked very much like Bra's brother, but far older in experience if not in age. he came through some kind of magic portal on the other side of which could be seen a man in a red cape that seemed to move on it's own and sporting a dapper beard. her brother's look-a-like wore something like armor over his entire body, the likes of which no one had ever seen before- though it DID remind Bra of one of the older half saiyan's crime fighting costume slightly.
what events have been set in motion now? who is this strange man from nowhere?
