in his final fight against Black, Uub charged up his Ki enough to ionize the air around him. seeing the devastation of the former city made him livid. Chondra knew he would be. bringing him out to fight was a great idea- he thought.the two fighters faced Black alone. everyone else had been evacuated from their make shift underground base back to Capsule Corps.' subterranean Lab where the mortally wounded rebels that Uub had turned into candy were reanimated with Bulma's candy-gun, then medics did what they could to save as many as possible with the limited power and supplies available.
Chondra and Uub thought they had Black on the back foot for most of the battle, but a lapse in timing gave Black all he needed to cause Chondra to kill his own ally. Black likes playing with the minds of mortals more than simply eradicating them. forcing Chondra to kill Uub, he KNEW would be most entertaining.... he was more right than even he could've guessed.
