Trunks spoke to Goten about the events happening in the city.
Goten couldn't really help out at that time.- the severity of the situation hadn't been fully realized by anyone by then- but Uub overheard the conversation and offered his skills to the cause.
originally, Uub was slated to use a new ISM Armor model, but he found that it was too cumbersome. he couldn't move freely, so rather than letting him go out in his usual gear, they outfitted him with a C C Suit. a suit that utilizes ki instead of other power sources to power it's functions. Bra uses one aswell. the two of them are leading patrols in tandem, working alongside police to separate the abnormal citizens from those who aren't effected by the strange mania while the ISM Leaguers gather as much data as they can with the newly developed Saiyadrons.

I want to give this Uub the Samsara Riha state/mode like I did with the one from the future Mita & Chondra arc.
not something he just uses right away, but over time he develops access to it. the mode is unique to Uub and allows him to access ki and knowledge from other Uubs from other times, timelines or realms. Uub can easily use techniques that he didn't know prior to accessing this state.
