This guy used to be the mascot of my game, before I decided to quit because of lacking scripting skill. This originally designed by a friend of mine IRL, then got a heavy revamp from I don't know if he still remembers, tho (it's 2 years ago), but still.
NOTE: This isn't the original sprite Aqua made. I'll add you the original if I could still find it

Name: Folasparc
Origin: Foal + Lade + Spark
Type: Water/Electric
Ability: Volt Absorb

This guy is that rare type of Pokémon that you find randomly in seas of Frando. The 'Halo' in the middle of its body grow&glow when it has contact with water..
