It is 12 midnight.

        Yet not everyone is sleeping.

                       The screen is still bright,

                                And the one near it keeps typing

                                               Even as the night goes on.

                                                            But that person is not invincible.

                                                                    The coffee grows cold,

                                                                                The fingers slow,

                                                                                            The eyes droop,

                                                                                                    And the back does too,

                                                                                                               Until the only thing awake

                                                                                                                        Is the bright computer screen.
