Like I've said in the previous post, with mom always being busy at work and Mac being looked after by the residents of Foster's, my OC, Ruthie, could fill the role of Terrence's guardian as his adoptive older sister, look after him and try to be a good role model for him so he can learn to be a better person.Initially, I planned for her to be like an older sister for both Terrence and Mac and spend the same amount of time with both of them, but after I saw richardchibbard and FFiamgoku headcanon Frankie and Mac as adoptive siblings, I really liked the idea and thought Mac and Terrence can have separate older sisters.
I think Ruthie will still try to motivate Terrence to be a better brother to Mac and the two boys to start getting along, and I imagine that there would be situations when all four (Mac, Frankie, Terrence and Ruthie) spend time together as siblings, but still more often (especially at the beginning) it would be Mac hanging out with Frankie and friends at Foster's while Terrence hangs out with Ruthie somewhere outside Foster's Home.
I think it's the best variant for Terrence, since with only Ruthie around, he would be more likely to open up.
