oh look at poor woody... he is tangled up badly... he completly lost his TEMPERANCE... and now... don´t know... watch woodys story continue... temper yourself woody...Note: This is my piece for [the_challenge] [link] i demand y´all to join as well.

Good work dude. I'm really liking the wooden tones in all of this. I really like the way he's all tangled up, I really like the fact that he's off centred like that and I just like it overall.
I'm not sure about the shadows on the floor, it almost would have looked better if you had found a spot on the floor without those shadows. But at the same time, I almost wonder if the shot would have been slightly lacking without those floor shadows. Either way, I like it.

Hmm........ creative and thought provoking shot. I like the woody background as it kind of matches the figure, but I cant help but think that a white and less distracting background would have worked better. contrast! I do feel the lack of a border holds this piece back too.
However over all I am rather impressed. One question though, what is the significance of the tape measure? Just wondering if you used it for some specific reason or that was all that you could find.

yes... there is defnatly a reason i picked it... mmh i try to describe it to you... i let my mind wander about the word temperance... of course i did this in german, which is my mother tongue, and so i found different meanings of temperance, temper, temperate... and the german tranlation of temperate is "maßvoll"... or moderate if you like... but the main thing is the "maß..." in this word ´cause this means measure... and as i thought of a way to visualize woody being moderate i came up with using a tape measure... hope that doesn´t sound to stupid... i would prefer the idea to stand for itself...
