It's a whole facility being the source of all Keter-class SCPs. It contains them by keeping 2 of them in each room, with their anomalous effects counteracting each other. The symbol is engraved into the entrance of every containment chamber to keep said chamber from degrading over time. If all Keter SCPs are released, it may cause a restructuring of everything within the universe that's non-anomalous.
