I've always been a big fan of Spider Man (specifically Peter Parker) and Doctor Octopus aka Doc Ock was always my favorite villain, whether it was Alfred Molina's version from Spider Man 2, The 90's cartoon version, Olivia Octavious from Into The SpiderVerse, Serena Patel from 2099, they were all awesome. And of course the coolest things about Doc Ock is the superior intellect they all have as super intelligent scientists, and of course those AWESOME MECHANICAL ARMS. And since I'm a big fan of Evil Android 21, The New Leader Of The Red Ribbon Army, and I'm her link partner with this fanfiction series I'm doing called DragonBall MultiversePalooza, I thought it'd be cool to see how Evil Android 21 looks with Doc Ock's mechanical arms, and to me she looks awesome!

So with me as her link partner helping her, My Dimensions Evil Android 21 has created her own mechanical arms like Doctor Octopus, except they're far more stronger and indestructible, can shoot powerful ki blasts lasers and beams, absorb energy, and create a powerful energy field to protect Evil Android 21, and she controls them all perfectly. These new mechanical arms are part of Evil Android 21's Base Form Attire, and they also act as powerful extra sets of limbs for Evil 21, and they can retract into her body too. She's truly become The Doctor Octopus of DragonBall, except far more bigger, badder, stronger smarter, and still always hungry.
