Eros/Cupidon is awaking Psyche from her deep sleep. According to the greek myth, Aphrodite/Venus sent her with a gift for Hades' wife. Psyche was curious and opened the little chest that Venus gave her. When she opened it she fell asleep. She would never wake from her sleep if not Eros. Eros awaked her and took her to the Olympus and married her.
I drew the moment when Eros awaking Psyche.
(They both have a "greek nose")
This artwork is for my school art project. I decided to do it about the myth of Eros and Psyche.
