Witching Hour — or W.H. — is a devilish little creature that proclaims to live almost entirely off of sugar. Or, of course, they try and eat as much sugar as they can; They still have a decently balanced diet, regardless of whether they’d admit it or not.

W.H.’s design was inspired by the whimsical soft glow of a Halloween night -- as well as lanterns.

W.H.’s spectra allows them to have any food item they touch taste like candy. The type of candy it tastes like fluctuates, but is often reminiscent of the old, bottom of the barrel sweets you scrounge up when you trick or treat near the later end of the night. In other words: milk chocolate and obscure gummies — and on the rare occasion, candy corn.

W.H.’s spectra first awakened during 3 am after Halloween, which is where their name first originated. W.H.’s previous name was Midnight, but they shortly refrained from using it after their spectra powers came to fruition. This was likely to W.H. wanting to remember the event of their awakening, but it’s also debatable that they thought “W.H” sounded cooler.
